Sriom Language Classes for Children
Modern New Zealand is built on the ethos of diversity, cultural safeguarding and cultural appreciation. Languages derive from cultures and ways of life of a specific culture. Hindi is one of the oldest languages and is in the list of national languages of India.
The Sri Om Hindi Classes is an initiative that was kicked off in August 2021 to help young people to garner more appreciation to the Indian culture and Hindi language. It is common knowledge that learning languages other than English encourages quicker learning of skills and makes individuals more approachable in the community.
